GardaTop Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The GardaTop Gift Card is a prepaid voucher valid for the purchase of experiences and services offered by GardaTop.

1. The gift card is not electronic money or a financial instrument, but solely a voucher usable for the services indicated.
2. The gift card is valid for the 2026 season.
3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
4. Change will not be given if the value of the gift card exceeds the price of the service used.
5. The gift card must be presented upon use of the service at the GardaTop reception desk or as directed by the organizer.
6. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated on the voucher.
7. If lost, stolen, or damaged, the gift card cannot be replaced or refunded.
8. The gift card can only be used once, unless otherwise indicated.
9. GardaTop reserves the right to verify the validity of the voucher and the associated order before use.
10. Use of the gift card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
