Everything you need to know before booking a boat tour.

  • Food and drinks are not allowed on board.
  • The boarding ladder is steep. Please check before purchasing the ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Departures require a minimum number of passengers.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before boarding time.
  • In case of bad weather, the tour may be cancelled.
  • Cancellation by the customer results in the loss of the amount paid.
  • In case of cancellation by the company or the skipper for safety or weather-related reasons, the customer will be entitled to reschedule the service at the first available date/time. If the proposed date/time is not compatible, a voucher will be issued to be used within the current season.
  • If you have paid online, please arrive on site 1 hour before departure to validate your ticket.
  • After completing the purchase, it is not possible to change the order with a different tour.
  • Some boats do not allow animals of any size on board. Please check the tour description or contact Navicharters (website or email)
  • before placing your order.
  • Any delays by the customer in reaching the boarding point will result in the loss of the ticket with no refund.
  • In the case of passengers with disabilities, we ask that you contact the company for specific information on the boarding procedures and location of the chosen tour, before making the purchase.
  • The captain or skipper may cancel the tour and/or return to the port immediately and without appeal, even during navigation, due to reasons that may endanger the safety of those on board.
  • By purchasing the service, all terms and conditions in this document are considered read, understood, and accepted.
  • All tours depart with a minimum number of confirmed participants. The company reserves the right to communicate any changes with due notice.
