GardaTop is a brand created by Navicharters, a long-standing tourist navigation company on Lake Garda based in Peschiera del Garda. It was created with the aim of combining local experience with advanced digital technologies to offer innovative services to Italian and international tourists.

Bennie 5.0 – Artificial Intelligence at the Service of Tourism

GardaTop is one of the first brands in the Lake Garda tourism sector to introduce an intelligent virtual assistant, available 24/7 and powered by OpenAI technology (ChatGPT).
Bennie 5.0 provides real-time information, tips, and support both online and at the smart physical desk (with QR code and NFC).

Fun fact: the name Bennie is inspired by the legendary “Lake Garda monster,” a mythical lake creature symbolizing the mystery and depth of the region.
